Danae Stillitano Pesce '00 was a two-time First-Team All-Northeast Conference selection while at Monmouth. Stillitano Pesce, who is the Blue and White's all-time leader in hits, runs scored and triples, also earned a pair of first-team Regional All-American accolades during her career. Stillitano Pesce was named the Northeast Conference Rookie of the Year in 1996 and the NEC Player of the Year in 1998. In addition, she was named the Monmouth Univeristy Female Athlete of the Year on two occasions and led the Hawks to their first ever NEC Regular Season Title. Danae graduated from Monmouth University in 2000 with a Bachelor's of Science in Special Education.
