QUOTES
"It was a great start for both teams today at the Lehigh Angry Bird Invite. We walked away with several individual victories and six new top-ten all-time performances.Â
Â
The first meet back after winter break is always uneasy for a track & field coach.  We've only had about five days of practice together before this meet. The student-athletes are responsible for maintaining their fitness over the break.Â
Â
Overall, it looked like they did a great job of staying in shape and holding themselves accountable. We're looking forward to our next meet at Ocean Breeze!" –
Director of Track & Field and Cross Country / Head Coach Mike Nelson
