Fabrice St. Elme (Rahway, N.J./Rahway) got things going for the Hawks with his fourth place finish in the 55m dash, coming in at 6.34.  St. Elme also ran 22.71 in the 200m dash, seeded event, while freshman Jerome St. Bernard (Markham, Ontario/Michael McGivney) qualified for the IC4As in the same event with a time of 22.20.  Chris Taiwo and Christopher Vuono (Wall, N.J./CBA) also had top-10 finishes in the non-seeded 200m dash.

MU's Kevin Gilroy (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y./Comsewogue) picked up a 10th place finish in the 400m dash (50.13), while Vuono took home first place in the 500m, with a time of 1:03.74.  David Gaines (Freehold, N.J./Colts Neck) took seventh place in the seeded 800m finishing in 1:55.85, while Larry Schau (Staten Island, N.Y./Tottenville) and Ryan Madrid (Clifton, N.J./Paramus Catholic) had ninth and 10th place finishes in the non-seeded mile.

In the relays, the Hawks distance medley team of Gaines, Josh Burnett (Wenonah, N.J./Deptford), Peter Forgach (Long Branch, N.J./Red Bank Catholic) and Madrid finished eighth (10:24.02), while the 4x400 squad picked up a third place finish, crossing the line in 3:20.55.
