Biography

2009-10 (Senior): Indoor: Led four Hawks in scoring with his first place triple jump of 45' 8" and finished second in the 60 meter dash at the Inaugural MAC Classic... Also led the men's team in the triple jump as he finished third with a distance of 47' 3.75" - breaking MU's school record, one that he already held - and qualified for the IC4As and also ran a leg in the sprint medley team that broke the school record with the time of 3:31.89 at the Metro Coaches Invitational...  Placed first in the triple jump with a jump of 45' 10.5" at the dual meet with Rider... Jumped a mark of 47' 9.25" in the triple jump, earning himself a third place finish, qualifying for the IC4A's, and breaking the record by over six inches at the Great Dane Classic... Took fifth in the 200 m with a time of 22.07 at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup... Medaled in the 200 meter run (22.00) with the fourth best time in school history in that event and finished eighth in the 60 meters coming in at 7.11 and. at the Lafayette/Rider Invitational... Finished fourth in the 60 meter dash (7.04) and also placed fifth in the 200 (22.45) at the NEC Indoor Championships... Placed eighth in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.08 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational... Took 18th overall (21.89) in the 200 meter dash and finish 15th overall in the triple jump at IC4A's Outdoor: Finished in second (11.22) in the 100 meter dash and finished in third place overall with a time of 22.23 in the men's 200 at the 15th annual MU season opener...  Was a part of the 4 x 100 relay which finished fourth overall in 41.69 and picked up a ninth place finish in the triple jump (45' 8.5") at Colonial Relays... Finished the 200 in 24th place overall in 21.75 qualifying for IC4A championships at the Tennessee Sea Ray Relays... competing in the college men's triple jump eastern category, finished 15th overall with a leap of 44' 6.25" and 4x100 squad finished 40th overall in a time of 42.39 and made up the 25th place finishing 4x200 relay lineup as they crossed the tape in a solid time of 1:27.25 at the Penn Relays... Placed fourth in the 100m with a time of 10.78, fifth place finish in triple jump (46' 5.5"), finished the 200 in third place (21.71), was a part of the 4x400m relay finishing sixth overall finished in 3:19.00 and earned All-NEC Second-Team honors as a part of the 4x100 meter relay at the NEC Championships... Was among the top finishers in the triple jump at Rutgers Invite.

2008-09 (Junior): Indoor: Set his a IC4A qualifying mark with his time of 6.98 in the 60m, which was fifth place overall at Princeton Invitational... Won the triple jump, with a mark of 45' 1/2" also took a second place finish in the 60m dash, crossing the tape in 7.09 at Delaware Invitational... Was one of three Hawks to earn IC4A bids in the 200m, crossing the tape in fourth place with his time of 22.02 and also broke the Monmouth triple jump record (Former Hawk Guy Jackson held the old mark of 47' 1", set in 2003) with his fourth place (second collegian) leap of 47' 2 ½", which was also an IC4A qualifier at Terrier Classic... Was ninth in the 200 with a time of 22.20 at Penn State Nationals... Finished second at Yale Invite in 200m in 22.18... Finished ninth in the triple jump with his distance of 45' 7" at Lafayette Games... Was a leg of 4x400 team that finished Second-Team All-NEC honors with their second place finish (3:20.85) and tied for fourth place in the 60m with their time of 6.98, which was an IC4A qualifying time at NEC Championships Outdoor: Earned a second place finish with a combined time of 42.05 on 4x100 team at UVA Invite... Member of the 4x100 relay squad that ran the fourth fastest time in school history to capture the gold at NEC Track Championships, claiming First-Team All-NEC honors, finished fourth in the 200m, time of 10.99 was fifth place in 100m, earned a second place finish in the triple jump with a distance of 48' even, breaking the school record by almost two feet at NECs, took home Second-Team All-NEC honors for long jump at NEC Track Championships.

2007-08 (Sophomore): Indoor: Took seventh place in the 60m hurdles at the NEC Indoor Championships... Placed sixth in the 60m at the 2007 Princeton Invitational... Placed sixth in the 55m and was part of a 4x200 team that set a new Hawks record of 1:28.75 at Penn State Relays... Took eighth place in the 200m dash and the triple jump at the Great Dane Invitational... Placed fifth in the 200m and sixth in the 60m at the University of Delaware Thomson Invitational... Finished eighth in the 200m at the NYU Fast Track... Outdoor: Earned a fifth place finish in the 200m and gained All-East recognition, and he also ran a 21.40 200m dash, the fourth best time in school history at the IC4A championships... Was impressive at the NEC Outdoor Championships, placing third in the triple jump, fourth in the 200m and sixth in the 100m... Member of the 4x100 relay team that captured first at the MU Season Opener, crossing the line 42.42, which qualified them for the IC4A... Finished eighth in the 400m at the UVA Invite... Placed fifth in the 100m dash, sixth in the 100m and was part of a 4x100 relay team that finished fourth and a fifth place 4x200m team at the Colonial Relays... Had an IC4A-qualifying time of 10.85 in the 100 meter, and finished second in the 200m clocking in at 21.85 at the Greyhound Invitational, adding a fifth place finish in the triple jump.

2006-07 (Freshman): Indoor: Placed seventh in the 60m dash at the NEC Indoor Championship Meet... Part of the first place 4x55m relay team, which finished in a time of 25.39 and set a new Monmouth record and was a member of the 4x200m relay that placed fifth with a time of 1:30.28, good enough for third in school history at the Penn State Relays... Placed in the top-10 in the 200m dash at the Great Dane Classic... Ran on the 4x200m relay team that took fourth at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a time of 1:30.02, which ranks second all-time in the Monmouth record books... Outdoor: Was the third leg of MU's All-East 4x100 relay team that took eighth at the IC4As... Finished fifth at the NECs in the 200m (22.60)... Part of second place 4x100 relay team at the Greyhound Invitational... 4x100 relay team also was fifth at the Maryland Invitational... Finished seventh in the triple jump at the Monmouth Season Opener.

High School: Competed in sprints and jumps at Mt. Olive High School.

Personal: Majoring in business accounting.
