Emerged as the leader of Hawks? cross country squad in 2004?Sophomore is Monmouth?s top returnee in the steeplechase.
2004 Cross Country: Ran to a third-place finish in 27:18, leading the Hawks to a team championship at the Monmouth Invitational? Placed seventh at the 6-kilometer Monmouth Kickoff in 20:15, steering the Blue and White to the team title?Finished third at 8-kilometer Delaware Invitational in 27:24.
2004 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the steeplechase at the NEC Championships in 9:41.78.
2004 Indoor: Crossed the tape in 8:53.3, finishing ninth in the 3000 at the NEC Championships? Teamed with three others to place fifth at the NEC?s in the distance medley (10:38.71).
2003 Cross Country: Second Monmouth finisher and 56th overall in 29:08.5 at the Great American Cross Country Festival? Clocked 25:58 to finish 90th at the Paul Short Run at Lehigh University, the third fastest at the course by a Monmouth freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-sport standout at Holy Cross in Delran, N.J... Earned four varsity letters in both cross country and track & field... Named All-Parochial in both cross country and track & field as a senior... Tabbed Most Valuable Performer of both cross country and track & field squad... Earned All-Liberty Division in cross country as a senior.
