TRACK AND FIELD LEADS MAAC IN ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM SELECTIONS


EDISON, NJ – Forty-five members of the Monmouth University outdoor track and field program were named to the 2020 MAAC All-Academic Team, it was announced Wednesday.

To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.

Monmouth led the conference with its 45 total selections and had the most in the league on both the men's and women's sides. The women's squad led the league with 24 honorees, while the men's team and Rider each had a league-best 21 picks.
