CROYDON, PA – The Monmouth University bowling team faced a loaded field of competitors over the weekend at the Northeast Classic hosted by Sacred Heart and Long Island University at AMF Bristol Pike Lanes.
The Hawks matched up against 11 ranked teams throughout the three-day event and went 5-8 overall, including a pair of top-10 victories. Monmouth knocked off #9 Youngstown State and #7 North Carolina A&T at the event that hosted 16 teams ranked in the NTCA Top 25.
Sophomore
Skylar Smith led Monmouth with a total of 949 pins across five traditional games.
