Hamilton, NJ -Â Monmouth kicks off NEC Bowling Championship play against old-time rival Fairleigh Dickinson in an NCAA all-format match on March 21 at Hamilton Lanes.
After a 14-10 conference record, Monmouth owns the No. 4 seed in the four-team double-elimination tournament, the winner of which will earn an automatic NCAA Tournament berth.
Their first test comes against No. 1 FDU (17-7) at 2 p.m. ET on Lanes 11 and 12 in a match
that can be seen live at necfrontrow.com. No. 2 Duquesne (15-9) and No. 3 Mercyhurst (15-9) will square off at the same time on Lanes 5 and 6.
The Hawks went 1-3 against the Knights in NEC matches, but scored head-to-head second-semester victories over their rival at the Garden State Classic and the Griffin Baker Classic.

Morgan Davis was named All-NEC First Team, graduate student
Marissa Cosentini earned an All-NEC Second Team nod and freshman
Kailyn Bloch landed on the NEC All-Rookie Team.
