BROOKLYN, NY – The Monmouth University women's bowling team, which ended the season ranked No. 25 in the country, earned its fourth straight National Ten Pin Coaches Association (NTCA) All-Academic Team Award.
Monmouth was one of 38 teams to register a cumulative grade-point average of 3.2 or better during the 2018-19 academic year as the Hawks posted a combined 3.446 GPA.
In addition, eight Hawks earned individual academic honors from the NTCA. Seniors

Haley Solberg, junior
Kyla Day, sophomores
Erin Ohta and
Amanda Zappacosta and freshmen
Dani Seaman,
Skylar Smith and
Saige Yamada were recognized.
A total of 256 student-athletes from 55 schools were named to the NTCA Academic Honor Roll. In order to receive honors, student-athletes had to achieve at least a 3.4 grade-point average during the 2018-19 academic year.
