STATE COLLEGE, PA/WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – The women's DMR team won and set a new school record with a time of 11:26 at the Penn State National Invitational. School records were also broken by
Allie Wilson in the mile and
Domoah Kutu-Akoi in the 60-meter dash. Chris Marco continued a strong start to his Monmouth career by winning the mile in 4:06.49. The men's and women's teams were also home for the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational and won the meet.

PENN STATE NATIONAL INVITATIONAL
- The women's distance medley relay team of Amber Stratz, Chandi Piiru, Brianna Stratz and Allie Wilson won and broke the school record in the event by finishing in 11:26.
- Kutu-Akoi finished second overall in the 60-meter dash and set a new school record in the preliminaries by finishing in 7.54 seconds.
- Kutu-Akoi also placed third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.07 seconds.
- Allie Wilson ran the mile in 4:47.22 to break a school record and place 6th.
- Bryan Sosoo finished 4th in the 60-meter dash in 6.76 seconds.
- Malcolm Chavis took third in the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.35 seconds.
- Sosoo placed 7th in the 200-meter dash by finishing in 22.29 seconds.
- Bryan Cabral ran to a 4th place finish in the open 800 meters by finishing in 1:53.81.
- Corey Murphy finished as the top collegian in the shot put with a mark of 60'8.5".
- Dylan Capwell finished second behind last year's national runner-up in the 800-meters with a time of 1:48.47.
- Chris Marco registered the fourth fastest time in program history in the mile to win in 4:06.49.
- Ryan Rafferty finished 4th in the 1000-meters and qualified for the IC4A Championships with a time of 2:28.43.
- Tim Wilson placed 4th in the weight throw with a toss of 63'6.25".
MONMOUTH WINTER COLLEGIATE INVITATIONAL
- Casey Sturts won the women's pole vault by clearing 11'3.75".
- Chloe Angelini won the high jump with a height of 5'3".
- Allison Taub won the shot put with a mark of 44'7" to qualify for the ECAC Championships. Onnie Coles finished in second with a throw of 40'7".
- Kennisha Okereke (57'6.5") and Alicia Hester (54'6.5") finished first and second in the weight throw and surpassed the ECAC qualifying marks.
- Iyanna Jenkins won the 60-meter dash in 7.88 to beat fellow sophomore Emily Schroepfer (8.03).
- Viviane Orleans won the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.92 seconds.
- Dayna Luma won the 800 meters by finishing in 2:29.3.
- Ashley McKinnon and Mariah Hubbard finished as the top collegian finishers with jumps of 38'.75" and 37'.5".
- For the men, Ben Pierce won the high jump by clearing 6'2.25".
- Vincent Santarsiero won the weight throw with a mark of 55'2".
- Brandon Davis and Andrew Tummino finished as the top collegian finishers in the shot put with IC4A qualifying marks of 54'8.25" and 53'8.5".
- Jake Howell won the mile with a time of 4:26.29.
- Miguerson Joseph won the 60-meter dash in 7.01 and just beat out teammate Peter Guerriero who finished in 7.06 seconds.
- Nick McFarland won the 1000 meters in convincing fashion and qualified for the IC4A Championships with a time of 2:30.02.
- Jack Grace and Patrick McGarty finished first and second in the 800 meters by finishing in 1:57.8 and 2:02.1.
- Freshman Eric Moul won the 400-meter dash in 51.70 seconds.
- Darius Howe just beat out teammate Michael Pepper by half an inch to win the triple jump 46'4.75".
- Tim Jacoutot finished the 200-meter dash in 22.72 seconds to win the event.

- The Hawks will be split with some going to Boston for the Crimson Elite at Harvard and Scarlet & White Invitational at Boston University. Some will compete at the Villanova Invitational at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex in Staten Island, NY.Â
