WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ. - Twenty Monmouth field hockey players were named to the 2025 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division 1 National Academic Squad, as announced Wednesday morning. 

This is the second straight year the Hawks had 20 or more student athletes represented. 

The Division I National Academic Squad program honors collegiate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through the fall semester of the current academic year, nominated by their devoted NFHCA member coaches.


The total number of honorees under 19-year head coach Carli Figlio rises 253. Senior Katy Corcoran appeared on the list for the fourth-straight year.
