KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Monmouth University men's soccer team received the United Soccer Coaches (USC) College Team Academic Award for the 2023-24 season.

College Team Academic Award recipients register a composite grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on the roster for the 2023-24 academic year.
 
"It is wonderful to see the team receive this academic recognition," said head coach Robert McCourt. "They work as hard in the classroom as they do on the field. Credit to Tom Bieber and his staff for their efforts with our athletes."
 
A total of 413 soccer teams (172 men, 241 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2023-24 academic year. Monmouth was one of 105 schools to have both their men's and women's teams honored.
 
The Hawks posted a 3.50 team GPA during the 2023-24 academic year.
