POUGHKEEPSIE, NY – The Monmouth University men's tennis team improved to 3-0 in conference play with a 6-1 win over Marist on Friday afternoon.

The Hawks won all three doubles matches to claim the doubles point before winning five of the six singles contests to win their 30^th consecutive MAAC regular season match dating back to 2016.

Monmouth's overall winning streak was extended to five straight matches, while Lucca Silva (5) and Trent Massam (4) extended their personal singles winning streaks. Silva (6-0, 6-0) and Massam (6-1, 6-1) each earned straight set wins in convincing fashion while Austin Klapman was also convincing at No. 6 with his 6-1, 6-0 win.
