RICHMOND, VA – Graduate forward A'liah Moore of the Monmouth University women's soccer team was named the CAA Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
Moore scored twice in a pair of Monmouth victories over Delaware and Drexel to keep the Hawks on top of the CAA standings. The Manchester, NJ native has a three-game goal scoring streak and is tied for the team lead with five goals on the year. Moore scored the first goal and the eventual game winner in the first-place matchup with Drexel after a 54
th minute tally in the 3-1 win over Delaware.
Moore and the Hawks will wrap up their regular season schedule against Northeastern on Sunday at 1 p.m. With a victory, Monmouth will win the CAA Regular Season Championship.
