Quinnipiac is the last remaining MAAC team that is unbeaten, entering the contest 3-0 in conference play. Rich Kelly leads the league in scoring at over 17 points per game, while Jacob Rigoni is hitting at over 44% from downtown.

Former Villanova national championship-winning assistant coach Baker Dunleavy is in his third season heading up the Bobcats, and has 36 wins to his credit.
MONMOUTH ON THE ROAD
The Hawks are 2-5 this year in true road games with non-league wins over Lehigh and Princeton as well as a neutral site victory over Kennesaw State.
QUINNIPIAC AT HOME
Quinnipiac is 5-1 at home this year and 2-0 in MAAC games in Hamden, with the lone loss coming in non-league play against Sacred Heart.

-The teams met in last season's MAAC semifinals, a memorable contest that saw MU win a shootout, 98-92.

Deion Hammond is looking to get to the 1,000 point mark today in his 80th career contest, needing 14 points to do so. Hammond would become the 43rd Hawk ever to reach 1K, and the 24th at the Division I level. He would be the first to do so since Micah Seaborn against Hofstra in 2017. He is also aiming to be the seventh fastest player to reach the mark.

Monmouth netted a season best 84 points in the win over Canisius, and in doing so topped the season-best in field goal percentage at an even 50% and tied the high mark of the year in made field goals with 30, also having done so against Hofstra.Â
WHAT A NIGHT FOR CHAPUT
Samuel Chaput put up the best game of his career against Canisius, posting a career-best 18 points on anotherÂ
career-high with seven made field goals. He made two triples in a single game for the first time in his two seasons, and also dished out four assists and grabbed a pair of steals.
MARTIN HITTING THE CLASS
Melik Martin corralled eight rebounds against Canisius, tying a career high for the junior that he previously set in his first career game as a freshman on opening night in 2017 against Bucknell.
