A total of 893 soccer teams on all levels (578 women, 315 men) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the NSCAA Team Academic Award for the 2015-16 academic year.

“Receiving this award for the 19th straight year is an incredible accomplishment for our student-athletes," stated head coach Krissy Turner. "They have continued to put a priority on their academics, as well as having success on the field and I am extremely proud of our team."

The women logged an overall grade point average of 3.36 in 2015-16. In addition, 12 members of the program were named to the 2015 MAAC Women's Soccer All-Academic Team (3.2 GPA or higher).
