The Owls (4-2) strung together three base hits to plate a first inning run against Monmouth's starter T.J. Hunt (Wyckoff, N.J./Ramapo).  Tyler Rocklein connected on an RBI single and Levi Meyer plated a run on a fielder's choice in the third which pushed FAU's lead to 3-0.  The Owls registered their final run on Brendon Sanger's infield singer, bringing in Abraham who reached via a walk to lead off the frame, with Frank Trimarco (Merrick, N.Y./Sanford H.
