WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – Monmouth University Men's Lacrosse has released its 2026 competition schedule, a 13-game slate featuring six contests versus Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) foes, six home contests and seven on the road.
The regular season kicks off with seven out-of-conference games, starting on Saturday, February 7 at Manhattan followed by a trip back to New York to face LIU on Feb. 14. Monmouth's 2026 home opener at Kessler Stadium will be versus Wagner, who the Hawks have defeated 10 consecutive times dating back to 2015, on Feb. 17. The Hawks remain home for two more contests versus Saint Joseph's (Feb. 24) and Mount Saint Mary's (Feb. 28).

Brian Fisher's squad moves into March with a four-game road trip, beginning at in-state rival NJIT on March 3 and then at VMI on March 7. The Hawks are a combined 11-3 against the Highlanders and Keydets all-time.
Monmouth starts its six-game CAA season at 2025 CAA postseason runner-up Drexel on Mar. 14 before closing the road swing at Hofstra on Mar. 21. The Hawks return home to take on Hampton on Hesse Field on Mar. 28 to reach the midpoint of their conference slate.
The final test away from home will be at reigning CAA champion Towson on Apr. 4, and the Hawks will host their final two opponents of the 2026 regular season – Stony Brook on Apr. 11 and Fairfield on Apr. 25.
The 2026 CAA Men's Lacrosse Championship will take place on Apr. 30 – May 2 at the site of the regular season champion with a trip to the NCAA Tournament on the line.
