Ty Caffarelli and
Miles Edmiston have earned Men's Lacrosse Preseason All-CAA recognition, while graduate student
Nick Teets was named as an Honorable Mention in the conference's Thursday announcement.
Caffarelli was a postseason Second Team All-CAA member in 2025 after producing 34 goals, tying a single-season program record. The Newport Beach, Calif. native finished fifth in the conference and 38
th nationally with 2.43 goals per game last season and was the national leader with a .523 shot percentage. He enters 2026 just 29 goals away from breaking Monmouth's career goal record held by Bryce Wasserman (99 goals, 2015-18).
Edmiston anchored the Monmouth defense which held opponents to the third fewest goals in the CAA in 2025. He started all 14 games and created 11 turnovers, ranking second on the Hawks. Teets enjoyed a breakout season in 2025 with a career high 16 goals and 23 points. The Pennsylvania product enters his final season with 40 points in 38 career games.
In addition, the Hawks were picked by the coaches to finished sixth out of seven teams in the conference.
