WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – Monmouth field hockey junior
Anna Moors has been named the CAA Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced Monday afternoon.
Moors recorded a team-high four goals across Monmouth's first two games of the 2025 season, helping the Hawks to a 7-2 win over Cal and a 9-1 victory against LIU. The Netherlands native led the way offensively against LIU, registering a hat trick on penalty corners.
While Moors earned CAA Defensive Player of the Week honors three times last season, this marks her first career Offensive Player of the Week recognition.
Moors and the Hawks will look to extend their hot start when they host Temple on Friday at 4 p.m. at So Sweet a Cat Field. The game will be broadcast on NBC Sports Philadelphia.
