Three Hawks Garner NFHCA Watchlist Honors

WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – Sophomore Milla Frye, junior Anna Moors, and sophomore Lilly Ricks were named to the 2025 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division I Watchlist, as announced Thursday.

The trio also earned CAA preseason honors earlier this month. 

Frye had a sensational rookie campaign, capturing CAA Rookie of the Year honors after starting all 19 games for the Hawks. She tallied 21 points on nine goals and three assists, recording seven multi-point outings. The Germany native posted a career-high five points (2G, 1A) against Hofstra on Sept. 20 and recorded at least one point in nine different games.

Moors was a key member of the Hawks' defense while also contributing offensively with 26 points on 12 goals and two assists. She registered eight multi-point games and earned All-CAA First Team honors. The Netherlands native also collected NFHCA Defensive Player of the Week recognition on Oct. 30, 2024, after scoring 13 points over a two-game span.

Ricks also made an early impact, earning a spot on the CAA All-Rookie Team. The Germany native started all 19 games and totaled four goals and two assists, highlighted by a career-high five points against William & Mary on Nov. 1, 2024.

The Hawks open the 2025 season at home at So Sweet A Cat Field on Friday, Aug. 29, against Cal.
