RICHMOND, Va. – After going 2-0 at second doubles, Monmouth University men's tennis players Adam Hillerby and Jakob Bonnett were named the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Doubles Team of the Week by league officials.
 
Hillerby and Bonnett were honored for the second time this season by the CAA (Feb. 25). The duo has won five straight doubles matches together and are 9-3 on the season as a pairing.
 
Playing at the No. 2 spot, the Hawks' tandem rolled over NJIT's Os Callo von Platen and Soma Fukuhara and followed with a 6-1 victory against LIU's Lucas Hornung and Victor Sjostrom. Monmouth claimed the doubles point in both matches.
 
Hillerby, Bonnett and the rest of the Hawks are back in action on Wednesday, Apr. 2 when they host FDU at 3 p.m.
