MANAHAWKIN, N.J. – A record-setting 22 student-athletes from the Monmouth University Field Hockey Team were named to the 2024 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division I National Academic Squad.

Monmouth was tied with Brown University and Villanova University as the three teams with the most representation. It is also the most of any Monmouth roster in program history, besting 2021's total of 21.

The Division I National Academic Squad program honors collegiate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through the fall semester of the current academic year, nominated by their devoted NFHCA member coaches.

The total number of honorees under 18-year head coach Carli Figlio rises to 233. Seniors Johanna Karlhuber and Morgan Kato each appeared on the list for the fourth time of their careers.
