MONTGOMERY, N.Y. – The Monmouth University men's and women's cross country teams both posted strong performances at Manhattan's Jasper Fall XC Invite on Saturday morning. Both the men and the women placed first at the event, with the men finishing first out of 11 squads and the women finishing first out of eight competing schools.
For the second consecutive meet,
Louis DiLaurenzio and Marisa Kilgarriff both paced the Hawks. DiLaurenzio earned a second place finish with a time of 25:15.7 in the men's 8k while Kilgarriff crossed the line in 22:19.4 in the women's 6k which was good for third place overall.
