WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – Monmouth field hockey played through sloppy weather Sunday afternoon and dominated Sacred Heart by a final score of 8-0 at So Sweet A Cat Field.

Annick van Lange highlighted the day with four goals, finding the back of the cage in each quarter. On her third goal of the game, van Lange set the Monmouth field hockey career goals record with her 60th career goal.
 
Jess Tucker scored her first two goals of 2022, helping the Hawks take a 4-0 into halftime.
 
van Lange opened the second half with her record-setting goal, while Katie Yoder and freshman Rosa Boender also scored in the third quarter. The game's final goal was scored by van Lange with 3:11 remaining in the fourth quarter, capping off an 8-0 victory for the Hawks over the Pioneers.
