BRONX, N.Y. – The Monmouth University men's and women's cross country teams each finished in the top 12 at the ECAC/IC4A Championships on Friday at Van Cortlandt Park in Bronx, NY. The men's team placed ninth out of 31 competing schools, while the women placed 12th out of 34.
Redshirt-senior Louis DiLaurenzio paced the Hawks in the men's 8k event finishing with a time of 24:57.2. His time earned him a 32nd-place finish out of 356 runners. Freshman Josie Wilson put on a strong showing, as she paced the Hawks in the women's 6k event. Her time of 22:11.5 placed 30th out of 338 runners.
