NOTES AND QUOTES
"Both groups had strong performances on a very wet and muddy day at Penn State.  We were hoping to place higher but I was proud of their efforts. Lou and Ashley led us again and they both competed well. The regional meet is always very challenging and it's an excellent learning experience for our younger athletes. Overall, we had good seasons for both the men and women.  There is no better preparation for track than a good cross country season.  We'll now turn our attention to track & field and competing in the new CAA conference.  Fly Hawks!" – Head Coach
