2021-22 (Junior): Competed in the 6k during the cross-country season … Competed in the 800m, 1000m, 1500m, and mile during the indoor and outdoor track and field campaigns … Three new PRs … 2022 Chi Alpha Sigma Honoree … Member of the MAAC All-Academic Teams for cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field.
 
Cross Country: Competed at Lehigh’s Paul Short Run, posting a 6k time of 25:36.9 (10/1).
 
Indoor: Posted a mile time of 5:23.23 at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/19) … Clocked in at 5:19.01 in the mile at Boston University’s Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite (2/5).
 
Outdoor: Ran the 1500m at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in 5:20.15 (5/7) … Finished seventh in the 1500m at the Lehigh Track and Field Invite with a time of 4:55.12 (4/9) … Earned an eighth-place finish in the 800m at the Lehigh Carol and John Covert Classic, crossing the line in 2:19.06 (4/30).
 
2020-21: Competed in the 4x400, 800m, and 1500m… Set a PR in the 1500m (5:10.49)

2019-20: Competed in the 400m, 500m, 800m, 1000m, 5K(XC), 6K(XC), and 6.17K(XC) as a freshman ... Set personal bests in the 400m (1:01.20), 500m (1:21.46), 800m (2:23.80), 1000m (3:08.73), 4K (16:07.1), 5K (21:28.8), 6K (25:20.3). 

Before Monmouth: Competed for Coach Spring Springman at Cumberland Valley... First team all-conference as a junior... Qualified for the Pennsylvania state championships after finishing 4th at the District 3 meet in the 800 meters as a junior... holds the school records for the distance medley and 4x400 relays.

Personal: Daughter of Dan and Dena Higgins ... On the honor roll all four years of high school ... Inducted into the National and World Languages Honors Society ... Majoring in marine and environmental biology and policy.
