EDISON, NJ – Eight student-athletes from the Monmouth University softball team were named to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) All-Academic Team, the league announced today.
 
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
 
The eight selections are Monmouth's most throughout its seven years in the conference.
