The award celebrates teams that achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the past semester. Monmouth's women's swimming team has earned the award in four consecutive semesters.

"Being recognized as an Academic All-America Team is always a goal for our program," head coach Matt Nunnally said. "I am proud of their hard work and excited to see both programs recognized by the CSCAA for their academic performances."

The women's team combined to accumulate a grade-point average of 3.55, tied for the highest in the MAAC, and was one of nine Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference teams to be recognized. At the Division I level, the Hawks were one of 183 women's swimming teams to receive the honor.
