WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. - The Monmouth University Baseball program has announced its 2009 Winter Baseball Clinics. The Hawks will host five different sessions, starting in January, 2009. The clinics, held on the Monmouth University campus, will be conducted by head coach
Dean Ehehalt and assistant coaches
Jeff Barbalinardo,
Chuck Ristano and
Ty Megahee.
Monmouth, which has set new school-marks for victories in each of the last two seasons, won the 2008 NEC Regular Season Championship last year, behind 37 overall victories. In addition,
Kyle Higgins (the NEC Player of the Year), and
Brad Brach were selected in the 2008 Major League Baseball Draft, and
Ryan Terry was named the NEC Rookie of the Year.
