CHARLOTTE, NC- The Big South Conference and Monmouth University have announced the full television slate for the 26^th year of football, beginning with the 2018 opener at Eastern Michigan.

Four of five conference games are slated for either ESPN3 or ESPN+, with the regular season finale against Gardner-Webb in Boiling Springs having the possibility of being chosen as an ESPN3 'Wildcard' selection. Every nonconference game will air on the ESPN family of networks, except for the Sept. 15 game at Lafayette.

Monmouth's home conference matchups against Campbell (MU homecoming) on October 20^th, Charleston Southern (Nov. 3) and Kennesaw State (Nov. 10) have all been selected to the Big South's ESPN3 "Game of the Week" package.

The Hawks' nonconference tilts at Eastern Michigan, vs Hampton, at Princeton and home against Bucknell will all air on ESPN+. Additionally Monmouth's Big South game at Presbyterian on Oct. 27 can be watched on ESPN+.

The September 15 contest against the Leopards in Easton will air on the Patriot League Network. As always, all Monmouth football road contests will be broadcasted on the radio on the Shore Sports Network.

Monmouth, which finished last season with a 9-3 record, was recently selected second in the 2018 Big South Football Preseason Coaches' Poll. Eight Hawks garnered a total of nine preseason all-conference selections. Head Coach Kevin Callahan's team returns 10 starters on an offense that set multiple records a season ago and six starters on defense.

ESPN+ is now the exclusive streaming home of Big South Network productions.  A minimum of 900 Big South Network events will air annually on ESPN+, the first-ever multi-sport, direct-to-consumer subscription streaming service from The Walt Disney Company's Direct-to-Consumer and International division in partnership with ESPN.  It offers fans thousands of additional live events, on-demand content and original programming not available on ESPN's linear TV or digital networks.  Fans can subscribe to ESPN+ for just $4.99 a month (or $49.99 per year).  ESPN+ is an integrated part of the completely redesigned ESPN App.
