Biography

Fast and feistly forward... Improved greatly over the spring... Will look to compete for time on the forward line.

2010 (Senior): Started seven of the 18 games she saw action in... Scored game winner against Colgate (9/5)... Fired five shots at Lehigh (9/17) which included the game winner...Recorded a shot on goal in victory over Robert Morris (10/31).

2009 (Junior): Played in 17 contests for the Hawks... Registered a shot on goal in a win over LaSalle (8/28)... Had two shots, one on goal in a win against Georgetown (9/27)... Scored her first career goal in the Hawks overtime victory over Robert Morris (10/4)... Had one shot on goal in a shutout victory over Sacred Heart (10/11).

2008 (Sophomore): Walked on early in the season to make an appearance in four games... Saw first action of the season against Maine (9/13).

High School: Three-sport letter winner at Rancocas Valley Regional High School in Westampton, N.J. ... Earned two letters in field hockey under the helm of Coach Jean Seal... Helped her field hockey team with the Central Jersey Group IV State Championship her senior year... Tabbed first team Burlington County All-Star that season... Earned one varsity letter in track in field... Member of the dance team that took third in the nation for the NDA.

Personal: Born Katelyn Rebecca Buckley on March 31st, 1989 in Westampton, N.J. ... Daughter of Peter and Robin Buckley... Majoring in molecular cell physiology biology.
