Chris Tyrrell, who has USA Field Hockey Level II certification, joins the staff as a volunteer.  He previously coached Trinity College Dublin and Pembroke Wanderers in his native Ireland as well as his home province of Leinster at under 21 level. Most recently, Tyrrell has been based in Vancouver, Canada where he has been working with British Columbia's provincial teams at U15 and U18 levels. In addition Tyrrell also coached the VRC Jokers senior ladies team while playing for its men's side.
