van Lange joins Carli Figlio's staff as a Student Coach for the 2023 season, while working to complete a master's degree in International Business.
The Sint-Job, Belgium native is arguably the most decorated player in Monmouth Field Hockey history. van Lange is the program's leader in games played (87), career goals (74), career points (168), single-season goals (24), single-game goals (4), and single-game points (9). She was a NFHCA Third Team All-American, four-time NFHCA Division I Mid-Atlantic All-Region Team member, two-time ECAC Offensive Player of the Year, four-time All-Conference Team member, two-time Conference Offensive Player of the Year, NFHCA Player fo the Week, and more.
van Lange became the fourth different Hawk to be named a NFHCA Third Team All-American after a historic 2022 season. As a graduate student, she ranked second in the nation with 24 goals and 52 points, helping lead Monmouth to a regular season title in their first year in the CAA. That same season, van Lange also received honors for CAA Offensive Player of the Year, All-CAA First Team, CAA All-Tournament Team, five-time CAA Player of the Week, ECAC Offensive Player of the Year, and NFHCA Division I Mid-Atlantic All-Region First Team. In addition, van Lange became the sixth Field Hockey player to be named Female Athlete of the Year at Monmouth.
