WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – Monmouth women's basketball continued its strong stretch on Monday night, rolling past Georgian Court, 74–40, at the OceanFirst Bank Center to secure its fifth consecutive victory in the non-conference finale on Monday. 

The Hawks (7–4) set the tone early, jumping out to a 15–5 lead after the opening quarter and never looking back. Monmouth extended the advantage to 35–15 by halftime behind balanced scoring and dominant play in the paint.

Gigi Gamble led all scorers with a game-high and season-high 27 points, shooting 10-of-17 from the field while adding five steals. Alexis Davis recorded a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds, anchoring a Monmouth effort that outscored Georgian Court 56–26 in the paint.

Divine Dibula added 16 points and nine rebounds in just under 20 minutes, while Ella Farrelly chipped in four points and provided a spark defensively. Monmouth forced 15 turnovers and converted them into 22 points, maintaining control throughout all four quarters.

The Hawks continued to build their lead in the second half, outscoring the Lions 39–25 over the final two quarters and pushing the margin as high as 35 points late in the fourth.

With the win, Monmouth improves to 7–4 on the season..
