October 21, 2025

WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – Monmouth field hockey continues its historic season, climbing to No. 11 in the latest NFHCA Poll — the highest national ranking in program history — with 87 votes.

The Hawks boast a 10-3 overall record and remain undefeated in CAA play at 3-0. Monmouth secured its second shutout of the season with a commanding 4-0 win over William & Mary on Oct. 18.

Sophomore goalkeeper Charlie Bowman recorded six saves in the win, then delivered a standout performance against No. 6 Princeton, finishing with a career-high 15 saves in a 5-1 loss.

Senior forward Emily Singer also shined, notching a career-high two goals in the victory over William & Mary. Junior Lauren Relik continues to lead the team offensively, tallying a team-best 22 points (6 goals, 10 assists) in what has been a remarkable season for her.

Monmouth will look to stay perfect in conference play as it faces its final road test of the regular season on Friday against Towson. The match is set for 3 p.m. and will be streamed live on FloCollege.
