FLYNN ANNOUNCES TALENTED RECRUITING CLASS

WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – Monmouth University women's soccer head coach Kylee Flynn announced a talented group of five players who have signed National Letters of Intent and are set to join the Hawks for the 2024 season. 
 
"It is always exciting to announce our new additions to our Monmouth Women's Soccer family. There is a lot of potential and versatility in this class.  We are looking forward to their immediate impact and contribution both on and off the field as to continue to take our women's soccer program to the next level."
 
This group includes Kennedy Erdman, Ashley Lavrich, Grace Notarfrancesco, Maddie Demaio and Adrianna Salzano.
 
Erdman joins the Hawks from Cherry Hill, NJ where she attends Cherry Hill West High School. She is a four-year varsity letter winner who scored 51 career goals and added 29 career assists. Erdman is a four-time First Team Olympic Conference selection who was named the Offensive MVP of her team. She twice earned All-State Recognition and was a Girls All-American this past fall. Erdman led Cherry Hill West to a South Jersey Group 3 Championship as a junior. 
 
Erdman plays her club soccer for SJEBFC.
 
Lavrich comes to Monmouth from Birdsboro, Pa. where she attends Twin Valley High School. She scored 50 career goals and was named the team MVP for three seasons. Lavrich twice earned All-Conference accolades and was an All-State selection as a junior. She was an Athlete of the Year finalist in Berks County as a junior. 
 
Lavrich plays her club soccer for FC Revolution Reds. There she was a two-time state champion, who also made two appearances at the National Championship. Lavrich helped the Reds win a EDP League Championship.
 
Notarfrancesco joins the Hawks from Mechanicsburg, Pa. where she attends Trinity High School. At Trinity she was an All-State selection as a junior. She was a three-time All-Conference selection, who was named the Mid-Penn Capital Division Player of the Year as a senior. Notarfrancesco helped Trinity win a District Championship as a senior after finishing as the District Runners-Up as a junior. 
 
Notarfrancesco plays her club soccer for PA Classics. 
 
Demaio comes to Monmouth from Smithtown, NY where she attends Smithtown High School West. She is a two-time All-County selection who was named the Division 2 Player of the Year. Demaio was also named First Team All-State and the County Championship MVP. She helped Smithtown win two County Championships and a Long Island Championship.
 
Demaio plays her club soccer for the NY Surf.
 
Salzano joins the Hawks from Hamilton, NJ where she attends Princeton Day School. She led Princeton Day in scoring in three of her four seasons and led the team in assists as a freshman. Salzano was named her high school rookie of the year as a freshman and earned Fall Athlete of the Year as a senior. She has scored 51 career goals and helped Princeton Day capture a 2023 Non-Public A State Championship. Salzano was named to the Top 100 HS players in New Jersey on NJ.com for all four years.
 
Salzano plays her club soccer for PDA South ECNL.
