HARTFORD, CT – Paige Diecidue finished in third place individually and Monmouth University Women's Golf placed second in its final tournament before the conference championships this week at the Hartford Spring Invitational.
Diecidue posted a pair of rounds in the 70's to finish third individually, just four shots off the tournament winner. Sophomore
Ava Lozito also had a strong weekend, placing one shot outside the top-five in sixth.
Claire Orr ranked in the top-20 as well, finishing T18 to help Monmouth elevate in the standings.
Liddie McCook was 10 shots better in her second round than her first, while
Sophia Ramirez Velandia rounded out the MU roster.
Angela An competed as an individual, posting her best collegiate tournament with a T15 finish following an 84-85 weekend.
Jess Brehm and
Mia Sutton also competed as individuals.
