JACKSONVILLE, FL – On the second day of the JU/UNF Spring Break Challenge, the Monmouth University softball team dropped two games to co-host North Florida. After falling 1-0 in game one, the Hawks lost 10-0 in five innings in the back half of the doubleheader.
Kylie Gletow provided another solid performance in the opening game, tossing six innings of one-run, five-hit ball with two strikeouts.
Lindsey Baron picked up her team-leading 14
th hit of the season for the Hawks in the game.
Francesca Torraca notched two hits in game two.
