NEWARK, DE – Monmouth University Baseball (8-10) dropped the series finale at Delaware on Sunday afternoon, 10-1 in Newark.
Delaware took a 1-0 lead before scoring three in the fourth and adding runs in the next three innings as well. Monmouth's run came in the seventh, when
Phil Stahl led off with a pinch-hit double and came around to score on
Jake Catalano's ground out.
Mason Miller added an inning and a third scoreless out of the bullpen for the Hawks.
