ANNAPOLIS, MD – Monmouth University Women's Golf finished its second tournament of the season, placing sixth at the Navy Fall Invitational this past weekend.
Ava Lozito and
Paige Diecidue both finished in the top-10, tying each other for sixth place individually in the 89-player field.
Lozito started strong with an opening round 74 that ranked as Monmouth's lowest of the tournament. She followed that with 78 to rank sixth in the field, joined by Diecidue who posted consecutive 76's.
Claire Orr shot 80 in the second round to place T37, while freshman
Sophia Ramirez Velandia and senior
Liddie McCook each posted 83 in both rounds. Freshman
Angela Hyoju An made her collegiate debut as an individual.
