COLTS NECK, NJ – Monmouth University Women's Golf dropped a match play event to Wagner College at Trump National Colts Neck on Wednesday, falling 4.5 to 3.5. Paige Diecidue, Liddie McCook and Claire Orr won their matches, while freshman Angela Hyoju An earned a half point in her match.
 
McCook picked up Monmouth's most decisive victory, winning 6-up over Wagner's Elise Fujita. Orr and Diecidue each picked up 3-up wins, while An tied Josie Sawyer to earn a half point. Ava Sophia Ramirez Velandia was narrowly defeated 1-up by Ximena de le Garza, while Ava Lozito, Mia Sutton and Jess Brehm fell in their matches.

-Monmouth fell to Wagner 4.5 to 3.5 in a match-play event.
-Diecidue, Orr and McCook, all seniors, tallied MU's wins.
-This was Monmouth's first match-play event of the season.
