LAST TIME OUT
A 16-0 second half run propelled Marist over Monmouth last Saturday, 74-53. The Hawks connected on a layup to cut the deficit to 45-43 with 4:30 left in the third quarter, but the Red Foxes answered with the big run to seal the win. Monmouth registered its second-best shooting percentage of the season, ending with 45.7% (21-46). Sophomore Lucy Thomas led the team with 16 points and six rebounds. Senior Alexa Middleton added 14 points and six rebounds in the loss, going 5-of-9 from the floor.
 
SCOUTING THE RIDER BRONCS
After being selected third in the MAAC Preseason Poll, Rider currently sits in first with a perfect 9-0 conference record. The Broncs have won 13 straight games, with their last lost coming against North Florida on November 23. Reigning MAAC Player of the Year Stella Johnson leads the nation in scoring at 25.7 points per game. Senior forward Amari Johnson is averaging a double-double with 12.6 points and 11.0 rebounds per contest. Rider is 8-0 at home this season.

The Hawks hold a 29-18 all-time series lead, but the Broncs have won five of the last six meetings.
