BEFORE MONMOUTH: Thomas is a local 6'0" forward from St. Rose High School in Belmar. In four years of high school, she accumulated 1,620 points and 1,036 rebounds... As a senior, she averaged 17 points per game and 7 rebounds per game, As a sophomore, she averaged 13.7 PPG and 11.9 RPG. Thomas was named the 2014-15 Hoop Group Freshman of the Year after having one of the best statistical season for a freshman in Shore history (17 PPG and 11 RPG). She earned NJ.com's 2016-17 Second Team All-Non-Public honors. Led St. Rose to first state title since 2015 as a senior.
