NOTES AND QUOTES
Â
"It was a tale of two games today. We were trying to do way too much at some points, and weren't focusing on the process and team oriented softball. Alyssa was outstanding in game two, and the bottom of our lineup were able to push people across. We also had a couple of defensive gems, including diving catches from
Morgan Maziarz and
Lindsey Baron in the outfield to shut them down." –
Monmouth head coach Shannon Salsburg
