SHREWSBURY, NJ – In its first home match of the spring, the Monmouth University men's tennis team fell to DePaul on Friday night, 4-1. Junior Nicola Pipoli earned the Hawks' lone win at No. 1 singles by a score of 6-2, 6-2. Two matches went to a third set before being deemed unfinished, including Srdjan Jakovljevic at No. 2 and Alberto Giuffrida at No. 6. DePaul earned wins at No. 1 doubles and No. 3 doubles to take the point. Monmouth returns to action at Georgetown on Friday.
