Allie Wilson ran 21:41.2 for 6K, and junior Kyle Mueller ran 31:42.7 for 10K, to lead the Hawks at their 21
st straight appearance at the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships today at Lehigh University.

-Last year Monmouth's women finished a school-best 12
th overall, with their lowest point total ever of 374.
-The Monmouth women had a top-5 average time of 22:23 on the 6K (3.72 mile) course, which is #2 in school history in the Hawks' 19 races on the Lehigh 6K course.

Allie Wilson finished 74
th overall, moving up 3 spots from her 77
th place finish at the NCAA Regionals last year. Her time of 21:41.2 (an average of 5:48 per mile) is the fourth-best in program history at Lehigh, behind only
Amber Stratz's 21:35 from earlier this year and two races from Cailin Lynam in 2007 (21:38 and 21:40).

th overall. Her time of 21:56 is tied for the seventh best time in school history at this course.
-Third for Monmouth was freshman Amada Dwyer in 22:32. Her time was nearly two minutes faster than what she ran on this course in Late September, and ranks 3
rd in school history for Monmouth freshmen at Lehigh.
-Fourth for Monmouth was another freshman,
Kyra Velock, whose 24:44 finish ranks fourth in Hawks' history for freshman at Lehigh.
-Monmouth's fifth runner was sophomore

Danielle Leavitt finished 6
th for Monmouth in 23:09, with freshman Michelle Daniels finishing 7
th for the Hawks in 23:32.
-Mueller led the men as he has in every meet this fall, moving up to 63
rd after finishing 70
th at this meet last year. His time of 31:42.7 is 2
nd in school history on the Lehigh 10K (6.2 mile) course, behind Khari Bowen. Bowen ran 30:44.2 here in 2013 to finish 25
th and earn All-Region honors.

nd behind Mueller was junior Ryan Mitchell, just a few steps back in 66
th. His time of 31:45.8 is #3 in school history on the 10K course here, on which the Hawks have race five times prior (1999, 2001, 2005, 2007 and 2013).
-Third for Monmouth was sophomore Henry Sappey in 32:33.2. His time is 8
th in school history on the Lehigh 10K course.
-Fourth for Monmouth was another sophomore, Ryan Rafferty, who finished in 32:48.4. The Hawks' fifth runner was senior Nick McFarland (33:07). Sixth for Monmouth was senior Jake Howell (33:11.0) with Rob DeFalco finishing seventh for the Hawks in 33:11.7.
-Monmouth's men finished 18
th overall and first among MAAC teams in the Mid-Atlantic Region with 510 points. Monmouth's women finished 20
th overall and first among MAAC teams in the Mid-Atlantic Region with 88 points. The Mid-Atlantic Region includes 37 schools, including all the Div. I programs from 6 states (NJ, DE, MD, WV, PA, DC).
-The Monmouth men had a top-5 average time of 32:23 on the 10K course, which is #2 in school history in the Hawks' 6 races on the Lehigh 10K course.
-The Hawks' best finishes ever at this meet are 12
th for the women (2010 and 2016) and 13
th for the men (1997).

Monmouth will compete in the ECAC Division I and IC4A Championships next Saturday (November 18) at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, NY. Start times are 11:15 (women's 5K) and 11:45 (men's 8K). Monmouth's women are the defending ECAC University Race Champions from 2016.
