RIVERDALE, NY – The Monmouth University men's soccer team was defeated in double overtime by Manhattan Saturday night, 1-0. After neither team scored a goal for the first 104 minutes of play, Manhattan's Ryan Shields collected the pass from Callum Carsley and finished. Bobby Edwards made four saves in the 105 minutes of game time. The Hawks look to bounce back against MAAC opponent Marist on Wednesday. Kickoff from Poughkeepsie, NY is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
