MONMOUTH FOOTBALL ANNOUNCES 2015 RECRUITING CLASS

WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J.- Monmouth Head Football Coach Kevin Callahan announced the addition of 18 student-athletes to the program Wednesday afternoon.

"This class is one of the most talented groups that we have recruited," said Callahan. "We were able to address and fill specific needs on both offense and defense, while adding to the talent level and depth needed to compete in the Big South. I congratulate our staff for their thorough and diligent efforts in bringing this class to Monmouth.”

The 2015 recruiting class includes 18 student-athletes who signed National Letters of Intent, including two junior college additions and a transfer. Four student-athletes hail from New Jersey, Florida and Maryland, three from Pennsylvania and one each from Washington D.C., Virginia and New York.

Monmouth begins spring football practice on Tuesday, March 31 with the annual Blue/White Spring Game expected to be held on Sunday April 26, 2015.
